  • By using our website or booking with us, you acknowledge that:
  • You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
  • You voluntarily agree to follow them
  • You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract

2. Safari Booking Terms (Ranthambore Tiger Reserve)

a) Strictly Non-Refundable

Safari permits issued by the Government of Rajasthan Forest Department are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-transferable
  • Non-modifiable

Once booked, safari details (name, age, ID number, etc.) cannot be changed.

b) Mandatory ID Proof

All guests must carry the same ID proof used while booking.
If the ID does not match:

  • Safari entry will be denied
  • No refund will be provided

c) Zone Allocation

Safari zones are allotted by the Forest Department.
India Tiger Tour has no control over:

  • Zone allocation
  • Vehicle type availability
  • Changes made by the department at the last moment

d) Pickup & Reporting

Guests must reach the reporting point 15–20 minutes before safari time.
Late arrival = No-show, and no refund/rescheduling is allowed.

3. Hotel Booking Terms

Hotel policies vary by property. India Tiger Tour:

  • Acts as a booking agent
  • Cannot control hotel rules, check-in timing, early check-in/late check-out approvals
  • Is not responsible for hotel management decisions
  • Guests must follow the respective hotel’s policies regarding:
  • Cancellation
  • No-show
  • Early departure
  • ID verification
  • Damage charges

4. Taxi / Transport Terms

  • Vehicle type is provided as per booking and availability
  • Extra charges apply for:

    • Additional kilometers

    • Waiting time

    • Toll tax, parking, and interstate permits (as applicable)

  • Misbehavior with the driver may result in immediate cancellation of service (no refund)

5. Tour Package Terms

Tour packages include multiple components such as safari, hotel, meals, taxi, and activities.

Once a part of the package (like safari permits) is booked:

  • It cannot be refunded
  • It cannot be altered
  • Custom changes are subject to availability and additional charges

Any unused component of the package will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Prices & Payment Terms

a) Price Changes

All prices are subject to change based on:

  • Hotel tariff changes
  • Fuel prices

We reserve the right to modify the prices without prior notice.

b) Payment Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after:

  • Full payment

  • Minimum advance payment requested by our team

If payment is not received within the required time, your booking may be cancelled.

7. Government Rules & Compliance

All safari bookings and tourism activities in Ranthambore are strictly governed by:

  • Rajasthan Forest Department
  • Government of Rajasthan
  • Wildlife Protection Act
  • Guests must follow:

  • Safari timing
  • Safety guidelines
  • Vehicle instructions
  • Environmental protection rules
  • Violation of rules can result in:
  • Safari cancellation
  • Penalties imposed by authorities

8. Force Majeure / Uncontrollable Situations

India Tiger Tour is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by:

  • Rain / bad weather
  • Roadblocks / traffic
  • Government orders
  • VIP movement
  • Natural disasters
  • Vehicle breakdown
  • Strikes or sudden closures
  • Wildlife department restrictions

Refunds (if any) are processed as per the rules of the concerned authority, not by us.
